We offer this website, including all information, tools, and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies, and notices stated here.

Section 1 - Custom Content & Order Accuracy Because our apparel involves custom event text, sizing, and group milestones, the buyer bears 100% of the responsibility for verifying that all names, dates, colors, and sizing details are entered accurately during checkout. We print exactly what you submit. We do not provide compensation, edits, or revisions once an order has transitioned to fullfilment partners production.

Section 2 - Right to Refuse or Cancel Service We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or limit product quantities purchased per person or per group order at our sole discretion. This includes, but is not limited to, orders containing content we deem inappropriate, offensive, or infringing on intellectual property rights. If your order is canceled by us prior to printing, a refund will be processed minus any platform transaction processing fees.

Section 3 - Accuracy of Billing and Account Information You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

Section 4 - Limitation of Liability In no event shall bylaidoff.com, our directors, officers, employees, or printing fulfillment partners (including Printify) be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages of any kind arising from your use of any of our products. Our maximum financial liability to you under any circumstances is strictly limited to the dollar amount you paid for the specific order in question.

Section 5 - Governing Law These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with local e-commerce and consumer laws without giving rise to external structural disputes.
