Because all products at bylaidoff.com are custom printed-on-demand for your specific event, crew, or milestone, we operate under a strict All Sales Are Final policy. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for buyer’s remorse, incorrect size selection, or event cancellations.

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately at bmi.backend@gmail.com with your order number and clear photographic proof of the issue. We will evaluate the issue and issue a replacement or store credit if a manufacturing error occurred.

Authorized Returns & Restocking Fees In the rare event that an exception is officially granted by our management support team for a return or exchange:

  • Buyer-Paid Shipping: The buyer is entirely responsible for arranging and paying for all return shipping costs. Shipping fees are strictly non-refundable.

  • Restocking Fee: All authorized returns are subject to a 30% restocking and processing fee, which will be automatically deducted from your final store credit or refund amount.

  • Condition: Items must be completely unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging.

Exclusions / Non-returnable Items Any apparel featuring custom names, custom dates, custom ages, or event-specific text cannot be returned or refunded under any circumstances.
